The $48bn collective pension fund scheme for the Wolverine State allocated to Credit Suisse and JPMorgan in the fourth quarter, according to an internal report. The system is now contemplating direct investment.

Russ MacDonald, a long time PPP specialist in water and wastewater, has joined AECOM Technology Corporation. AECOM said MacDonald will serve as senior vice president of its water business.

Christopher Lowe, who has a renewable energy background and has worked for HSBC and JP Morgan, joined SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners as chief investment officer. He will report to chief executive Chris Kinney and will be based in New York.
