The subsidiary of the Russian state-owned savings bank has bought ten percent of Global Ports from the N-Trans Group for an undisclosed fee. Global Ports is one of the largest container terminal operators in Russia, handing more than 30 percent of the country’s container traffic.
Vattenfall, the Swedish power group, is looking to conclude the auction process for its German power transmission grid by the summer. The company is thought to be in talks with a number of bidders, but may have to drop its asking price.

Citi Infrastructure Investors’ partner and co-head is to become the chairman of Global Via, the 50-50 joint venture of Caja Madrid and construction group Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas. Felicity Gates will become sole head of Citi Infrastructure Investors.
