Babcock’s €2.2bn European infra fund completes MBO

The unlisted infrastructure fund formerly managed by Babcock & Brown will be renamed ‘Arcus European Infrastructure Fund I’ following the completion of a management buyout by a group of former Babcock investment bankers. The group includes Simon Gray, head of European infrastructure mergers and acquisitions.
