Freshfields loses parking expert Kent Rowey to A&O

Kent Rowey, the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer attorney who was instrumental in the 2006 Chicago parking lease, has joined Allen & Overy. He is joined at Allen & Overy by erstwhile Freshfields infrastructure partner Dolly Mirchandani.
