Korean-Thai team to develop $1bn Laos hydro plant

A consortium comprising SK Engineering and Construction, Korea Western Power, and Ratchaburi Holding has signed a 27-year concession to develop, construct and operate the 410MW Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Hydroelectric Power Plant.
