Spanish construction firm awarded 10-year deal for 91.5km road project.
Tenders will be opened for both the construction and operation of the new terminal at Manila’s Clark International Airport.
The new hub at Jewar is expected to complement the existing Indira Gandhi International Airport as air traffic grows rapidly in the capital region.
The country’s National Infrastructure Agency is working with the Antioquia district on a plan to construct an 80km link between Caldas and Botero.
The plan would see 72,000 of the city’s streetlamps replaced with energy-efficient LED lights, as the district looks increasingly towards the private sector for infrastructure projects.
The latest tender, part of the country’s privatisation programme, comes more than six months after a €400m deal with Azerbaijan’s Socar fell apart.
Candidates to build and finance the 26km road project, which would connect Oslo to Trondheim, were narrowed down from seven responses to an RFP issued in April.
A locally based engineering firm had been in talks over the project but the US city has decided to launch a competitive bidding process.
Bidders for the $800m scheme, which would run under parts of the capital region, include companies from Spain and China.
The investment in Nevada’s 250MW Moapa solar project continues the firm’s shift towards US energy.
